Creation of photorealistic images to assess the impact of new photovoltaic systems.
The Environmental Impact Assessment is a procedure that is carried out in advance, in order to identify, describe and assess the direct and indirect effects on the environment (defined as the fauna, flora, air, soil, water, climate and landscape) of a project, of a work or an intervention, whether public or private. The Competent Authority for the completion of the procedures is identified based on the importance of the project to be carried out and evaluating which public administration (the State, the Region or Province) is the holder of the majority of the authorization process, or at least the most significant in the environmental field.
The proposer intervention submit the application to the competent authority, that at the end of the procedure issuing the final act of evaluation.
